We offer classes for every level, and each class is one hour long. Our classes consist of full-body workouts that incorporate boxing while providing mitt-work in every class. At Punch Boxing for Fitness, you don't just get a great workout, you learn how to box!

A vigorous interval workout that mixes calisthenics, body weight exercises and boxing from novice to advanced levels.
