Class Descriptions

PUNCH BOXING – A vigorous interval workout that mixes calisthenics, body weight exercises and boxing from novice to advanced levels.

SKIP LUNCH AND PUNCH– Cardio boxing and strength training exercises with relatively brief rest intervals.

POWER PUNCH – A 30 minute, nonstop workout that incorporates boxing and body weighted exercises.

PUNCH TECHNIQUE – Focusing on technique and proper form, Punch Technique will turn you into a pro in no time!

MUAY THAI – Learn the Art of Eight Limbs; hands, shins, elbows and knees.

YOGA – A rejuvenating, Vinyasa yoga class for mixed levels. Please bring your own mat.
